As the Senior Designer on the in-house creative team, I played a pivotal role in launching the Alight brand when it was divested from Aon to form a new business in 2017. In 2021, as Associate Creative Director and in preparation for a pending IPO, I led the team through an in-depth brand refresh that significantly elevated brand recognition and market positioning. Most recently, in 2024, as the interim Creative Director, I launched new go-to-market messaging in partnership with commercial leadership across multiple channels, including web, events, and paid and organic campaigns.
My creative contributions at Alight have spanned over 7 years of work and team leadership, including devising comprehensive marketing strategies and brand creative across campaigns, platforms, and tactics. This encompasses digital, print, events, environmental, out-of-home (OOH), and video and animation to achieve strategic marketing goals.
